Medical Lake in partnership with the Spokane County Sheriff's Office participates in 'Offender Watch' - a nationwide program to alert the public of registered Level II and Level III sex offenders. This information is used to notify local citizens in the Medical Lake / Espanola area, and our schools, daycare centers, and businesses of a sex offender’s residential location in our community.
